I have loved and admired the purveyors of caricature ever since I saw my first editorial cartoon in my dad's newspaper. In high school I was introduced to the marvelous work of a trio of French caricaturists who did work for Esquire. One of my English teachers gave me a sample of their work which fueled the fires of my own desire to create portraits that looked more like the individuals than realism ever could. Here are a few of mine.
